    Popular ski passes
There are two main types of 'Morzine Ski Area' passes: the Portes du Soleil Ski Pass (full area) and the Morzine-Les Gets Ski Pass (local area). The Portes du Soleil Pass covers 12 different ski villages from Les Gets all the way across to the Swiss resorts. The Morzine Ski Pass is just for the local Morzine and Les Gets area, excluding the Super Morzine, Prodains & Ardent lifts, which are part of the Avoriaz lift system. Most skiers buy the six-day Portes du Solei pass as this allows you to explore more pistes, mountain restaurants & bars and the neighbouring resorts without having to worry if you've 'crossed a border'.
