A traditional Haute Savoie chalet featuring lots of wood panelling only 2.5km from the centre of the lovely village of Samoens. This chalet is ideal for family home or for or group sharing for a season.

The chalet is on 3 levels, and has its own gardens and parking.

On the ground floor there is a hallway and access to a 23 sqm studio apartment with a double bed, and sofa bed in the open plan living space. In one corner is a kitchenette with fridge and hob. This studio comes with a shower room and toilet.

On the first floor is a large lounge/diner with an open fireplace for that extra cosiness in the evenings, as well as dual aspect windows and access onto the south facing balcony. There is a recently refurbished kitchen with a slot in cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine, which is a great bonus. Also on this level is the family bathroom.

Outside there are some terraces on the south and eastern sides of the property giving you some really great outdoor space.
