This spacious apartment is situated in a peaceful location five minutes walk from the centre of Morzine and 50 metres from the free shuttle bus stop that runs to the Pleney lift station.

The lovely interior has been fully refurbished to create a wonderful, comfortable holiday home. The living and dining room are open plan with plenty of comfortable sofas where you can stretch out and relax in the evenings next to the wood-burning stove. Two sets of glass French windows provide plenty of light as well as access out onto the sunny terrace and garden with mountain views.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create your favourite meals. There is a full-size oven, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge.

To keep you entertained throughout your holiday the apartment has been fitted with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, WiFi access and music system. There is also a ski locker for your convenience.

Sleeping

The chalet can sleep a maximum of 8 adults plus 3 children for a total group of 11. The rooms are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1: Double room with en-suite shower room and WC
Bedroom 2: Double room with en-suite shower room and WC
Bedroom 3: Family room with two single bed and two pull-out beds for children
Bedroom 4: Triple room with bunkbed and single bed

Rooms 3 and 4 have access to a family bathroom and a separate WC.

Dining

The apartment is let on a self-catering basis. However, the agents are able to arrange various catering options from the odd meal to a meal delivery service through to fully catered.
