This beautiful, spacious apartment is ideally situated near the Super Morzine lift and is only a short walk from Morzine centre, local restaurants and bars.
Based within the Chalet Armaillis 1, the apartment has been completed to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout to create the perfect spot for your holiday. The apartment is composed of the apartment A1 and apartment A2 which connect to create one larger apartment.
There are therefore two living areas, which are ideal for larger groups or families with children. These are very bright and airy, with large sofas and armchairs, where you can relax after a day on the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need during your self catered stay. There are also two dining areas which can comfortably seat the whole party.
The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views all year round where you can enjoy a barbecue, dinner or drinks al fresco.
To keep you entertained throughout your holiday the apartment includes WIFI, and two TV's with foreign channels, so you can switch-off in front of a film or relax in the sauna and relaxation corner in the communal area, where you will also find a parking lot, garage and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dining
This property is let on a self-catering basis.
The residence is located only 50m from a boulangerie for lovely fresh-baked croissants, bread and other pastries each morning! If you don't fancy cooking in the evenings, there are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively you could opt for a food delivery service.

High quality new bedding: continental quilts and pillows. Sheets and towels are not included but it is possible to rent them.
The neighbourhood
The town of Morzine is located to the east of Geneva, close to the French-Swiss border in the Haute Savoie region of the Rhone-Alpes. Geneva airport is just one hour and 15 minutes of driving from the town on the E25 motorway. The town is 1000m above sea level and surrounding ski resorts benefit from the micro-climate of Mont Blanc.
