This brand new luxury apartment is situated in a fantastic position with ski in and ski out access and just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Morzine.

Completed to the highest standard in a contemporary alpine design, this apartment offers a stylish yet comfortable living space for the perfect mountain holiday.

The main living space is open plan with cosy sitting area centred around a log fireplace and lit by antler chandeliers. There are two sofas (one L-shaped) where you can stretch out and relax by the fireside after a full day on the mountain.

On the other side of the room is a sleek modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater including a full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

When you have finished exploring the mountain, you can look forward to unwinding in the apartments hot tub on the terrace. From here you can enjoy the stunning mountain scenery whilst soothing any aching muscles in the bubbles.

To keep you entertained throughout your holiday, the apartment is fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, Bluetooth music system and WiFi access throughout.

For your convenience, the apartment includes a ski room with boot warmers so you can easily slide on your ski boots each morning and have toasty toes. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The apartment can sleep up to nine in four bedrooms which are configured as follows:

The apartment is let on a self-catered basis. However, it's also possible to request any level of catering, from a private chef offering full board catering for the week, to one-off dinners, to pre-prepared meals that you just need to heat up in the oven.
