It is located approximately 800m to the village centre, and the nearest ski bus stop is 200m (free service, and runs every 20 mins from 07:40 to 19:30).

The apartment is traditionally decorated with wood panelling and tiled floors. It benefits from being on the sunny side of the mountain looking across to the Morzine ski slopes, and is lovely and bright inside. Situated in a tranquil spot, this would be an ideal winter home for a couple or two friends.

The main living space is open plan with the kitchen/dining area. There is a double sofa bed (for occasional guests), coffee table and a dining table and seating for four people. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards, a ceramic hob, an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

There are french doors in the kitchen which give you access to a lovely little private balcony with table and chairs.

There is a bathroom with bath and a handheld shower, as well as basin. The toilet is separate.

This apartment comes with its own private ski locker just inside the entrance to the block. Outside there is off road communal parking for block residents. Wifi internet is also available.
