This brand new chalet is located on the outskirts of Morzine in the Portes Du Soleil approximately 2.5 km from the centre of Morzine in a quiet area and there is ski bus stop and a bakers nearby.

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area with two large patio doors ensuring the space is bright.

The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.

The lounge is furnished with a double sofa bed, armchairs, footstool/pouf and a wood pellet stove to make it extra cosy in the evenings. There is a dining table with room for 6-8 people to be comfortably seated.

Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a large shower (120x90cm) and wash basin. Adjacent to the shower room is a separate toilet.

This chalet has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and you're able to access a covered garage.

Outside there is a terrace in front of the living area and kitchen windows.
