In the quiet midst of the village, 500 metres from the Sports Park (skating rink, tennis, horse-riding, Olympic swimming pool), and the Super-Morzine bubble lift which links you to the skiing area of Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil, The Marullaz family welcomes you in this large and beautiful Savoyard chalet hotel.
Guests can enjoy the independence of a residence and the comfort of a hotel. There are large studio bedrooms and apartments with kitchen, bath or shower, wc, telephone, satellite TV, and a large south facing balcony oriented with wonderful views of the mountains.
Other facilities include a bar and restaurant, an indoor turbojet swimming pool (swim against the current, enjoy hydrotherapy) heated both in winter and summer, sauna, jacuzzi, wave-pool, UVA, fitness room, games room with football table, table tennis, pinball machines and billiards. In summer time there is also a children's play area, French bowls, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and a large, shady flower garden next to the pool.
The restaurant offers a traditional French cuisine prepared with local produce accompanied by some great wines from their cellar.

When staying here, you’ll need to book your own ski or snowboard lessons. Tuition is strongly recommended for complete beginners and is always a good idea whatever your level to perfect your technique. Group lessons are a great way for children to learn with their peers whilst giving you some free time on the slopes. Groups are also a generally cheaper option for adults, however, with a private instructor you’ll have undivided attention and be able to progress at your own pace.

The town of Morzine nestles in the valley amongst rolling mountains, forests and alpine meadows. The town is made up of a pleasing mix of traditional decorative buildings, cleverly converted barns and new chalets in keeping with the Haute Savoie style. The bustling town centre is home to sports shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés alongside the book shop, hardware store and bakeries that remind you the town is a working community as well as a tourist destination.
The town of Morzine is located to the east of Geneva, close to the French-Swiss border in the Haute Savoie region of the Rhone-Alpes. Geneva airport is just one hour and 15 minutes of driving from the town on the E25 motorway. The town is 1000m above sea level and surrounding ski resorts benefit from the micro-climate of Mont Blanc.
A vast array of restaurants are available in Morzine to suit all tastes and budgets. For special evenings enjoy up to eight courses of exquisite cuisine, or try one of the tasty and varied menus of fine French food, with hearty meats and fresh fish. There are several restaurants offering the traditional Savoie fare of fondue, raclette and tartiflette, or after a day in the mountains a plate of fish and chips might be the comfort food you're after. There are many beautiful views to see if you can get into the mountains on foot or even by the lifts. Take the road along the Vallee de la Manche for ten minutes and find yourself at the Lac des Mines d'Or, set between rocky crags and grassy meadows. The thundering Cascade de Nyon is worth a look if rainfall has been high, or take a walk in the Dereche forest in the heart of Morzine itself.

Morzine is located centrally in the Portes du Soleil which allows for access to all of the activities available on both the Les Gets and Avoriaz sides. From skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, and snowshoeing in winter, to downhill and cross country biking, road cycling and hiking in summer, Morzine is a gateway to mountain sports. Opportunities to try thrilling activities like paragliding, canyoning and speed riding are also available, whilst children will delight in the vast array of activities on offer for them too, such as horse riding, swimming and tennis.

Head up to Avoriaz if you fancy a spot of golf whilst you're staying Morzine. The Avoriaz golf course spreads out across the plateau with magnificent panoramic views towards Morzine and the surrounding peaks. There are nine holes, sheltered from the elements by tall fir trees and bordered with wild flowers. Lessons are available from the golf academy and clubs are available for hire.

Morzine offers many ski options with access to Avoriaz or into Morzine resort. The modern Pleney lift is located centrally and takes just seven minutes to whisk you away to the Narnia of Morzine and Les Gets. Alternatively you can take the Nyon telecabine, which is a five minute drive from Morzine centre. The Super Morzine gondola takes skiers and snowboarders up the opposite side of the valley and gives you access to Avoriaz, Chatel and beyond with links into Switzerland.

At the height of the season in summer and winter you can expect the bars and clubs to be full of party seeking seasonaires and holiday makers. Between three clubs in town, nights out can last into the early hours of the morning. For a more civilised affair, check out the microbrewery, bars and sunny pub terraces. Most of the bars and clubs are located within walking distance of the town centre.
