Buzz offer a variety of fitness classes, coached training sessions and personal training programs throughout the entire year, including Spinning, Suspension Training, Body Conditioning and Swimming. They also run cycling and triathlon guidance, training, trips and holidays, with schedules and options for all abilities.
All Buzz instructors are fully French qualified and insured and ready to assist you to be the best you can be.
