This chalet is situated in a peaceful location just 30 metres from the bus stop which links to both the lifts (5 minutes) and central Morzine (3 minutes).

The chalet has a warm and welcoming contemporary alpine interior using traditional wood materials throughout as well as slate sourced from the local mine.

The main living space is situated on the first floor and is open plan. There is a large corner fireplace surrounded by comfortable leather sofas and a dining table with cushioned chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is situated on the other side of the room and has everything you need to self-cater. The living area also has access to a wrap around terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. This is a great place to enjoy a well-deserved cup of tea or glass of wine after a day on the mountain.

For relaxation, this chalet has shared access to both an outdoor jacuzzi and a sauna, where you can soothe any aching muscles.

For entertainment, the chalet if fitted with a large flat-screen TV in the living room with Apple TV so you'll have access to Netflix. There is also WiFi access throughout.

The chalet also features a ski room with boot dryers where you can store all your equipment.

The chalet sleeps 8-12 in four bedrooms which are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1 (Polar Bear): Double or Quad room with double bed and two single beds on a mezzanine and en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2 (Panda Bear): Double or Quad room with double bed and two single beds on a mezzanine and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 (Black Bear): Double/twin room with access to a separate shared bathroom
Bedroom 4 (Brown Bear): Double/twin room with access to a separate shared bathroom

Dining

This chalet is let on a self-catering basis. However, several additional services are also available to you, for example, home-made dinners can be provided each day. Your fridge can be pre-stocked before arrival to make your holiday as effortless as possible, and the chalet operator can provide fresh baked goods each morning for breakfast if you desire.
