Cache Chalet, Morzine

3 bedroom Chalet in Morzine. Sleeps 8

Featured in:

This stunning chalet has been built to the highest standards with plenty of attention to detail. It was designed by a renowned Morzinois architect and has been built into the mountainside. It boasts breath-taking panoramic views from its large terrace which includes a hot-tub.

Positioned on the sunny side of the valley, this chic chalet stylishly combines glass, wood and stone, taken from the mountain, to create a luxurious open plan living area. Entry from road level is by its own private, glass encompassed lift. The space has cleverly used split levels to add a different dimension – both the kitchen/dining area and salon occupy the top floor, benefiting from the height and character of the roof beams yet remain as separate entertaining zones. Glass and wood balustrades meet floor to ceiling windows leading onto glass balconies, all of which acts to merge the indoors with outdoors, enhancing the feeling of ‘being’ in the Mountains.

The property also features its own ski / boot room with boot warmers so you'll never have to try force your feet into frozen footwear.

For your entertainment there is WiFi access throughout the chalet, Apple TV as well as satellite TV with full Sky package, Sonos WiFi music system,  DVD player and a hot tub on the terrace.

In the winter months a ski shuttle service is provided to and from the slopes each day as well as a lift into town for restaurant booking in the evening.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and have access to a private wooden decks, perfect for sunbathing or chilling out after a hard day's skiing.

During the winter months, the chalet is let on a fully catered basis. Their in-house chef will provide delicious, evening meals, served with aperitifs and wine, alongside cooked and continental breakfasts. Afternoon tea and coffee with freshly-baked cakes are served daily.

In the summer the chalet is sold on a self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively, you could opt for a food delivery service.

Cycle Hire

You’ll need to organise your own bike hire when staying here.  Things to consider are the type of bike you want to rent such as road, mountain, hard trail and/or an electric bike; and whether you’ll need helmets and protective clothing with your rental. You’re best off choosing a shop that is close to your accommodation for ease of access, and making it quicker to return the bike and pay at the end. Some companies may also deliver so it’s worth looking at all the options.
