This duplex self-catering apartment has been furnished to a high standard and boasts stunning mountain views from the balcony.

This spacious but cosy apartment is split over two levels and has a lovely chalet-style feel to it. The large open-plan living area is furnished with comfy sofas and a big rustic dining table, perfect for groups and families.

French windows open out onto a wraparound balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

There is a very large boot room as you enter the apartment for storing your ski/snowboard equipment. This has also been adapted into a wonderful children's room with a TV and videos to keep them entertained.

The apartment block is built into the side of the valley which makes access into the property very easy as it is all on road level from the Route des Bois Venants at the rear. There is a private parking space just off the road and you also have your own private entrance into the apartment.

Les Egralets is superbly located just 5 minutes flat walk to the Super Morzine lift, from where you have access to the fabulous skiing in Avoriaz, Chatel and Switzerland (Portes de Soleil). The Petit Train runs a regular service between Super-Morzine and the Plénéy lifts for the Morzine Les Gets ski areas. The bus stop for the free Navette bus service is less than a minute from the apartment and runs between Morzine and the Nyon, Les Prodains and Ardents lift stations. The shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of Morzine are within 5 minutes walk.

Sleeping

There are 4 large bedrooms that can all be a large double or a twin. One of the bedrooms also has a single bed making it a triple.

The apartment has three bathrooms and a separate WC.

Plenty of room, very nicely furnished (felt more like a home than a holiday chalet) and was always lovely and warm (with constant hot water). The location is ideal as you can easily walk into town to sample the many restaurants and bars. - Customer Feedback
Great location to the lifts and ski buses. Extremely well stocked kitchen, comfy sofas and the bedrooms are perfect. Linen, cleanliness, comfort levels of the beds was all superb and the boot room is brilliant for drying wet clothes and keeping your footwear nice and toasty. - Customer Feedback
