This bright and airy apartment is ideally situated near the Super Morzine lift and is only a short walk from Morzine centre, local restaurants and bars.
Based within the Chalet Armaillis 1, the apartment has been completed to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout to create the perfect spot for your holiday.
The open plan living area has large comfortable sofas, where you can relax after a day in the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need during your self-catered stay. The apartment has a sunny terrace.
To keep you entertained throughout your holiday the apartment includes WIFI, satellite TV and DVD player so you can switch-off in front of a film or relax in the sauna and relaxation corner in the communal area, where you will also find a parking lot, garage and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The residence is located only 50m from a boulangerie for lovely fresh-baked croissants, bread and other pastries each morning! If you don't fancy cooking in the evenings, there are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively you could opt for a food delivery service.

High quality new bedding: continental quilts and pillows. Bedlinen and towels not included, but it is possible to rent some.
The neighbourhood
The town of Morzine is located to the east of Geneva, close to the French-Swiss border in the Haute Savoie region of the Rhone-Alpes. Geneva airport is just one hour and 15 minutes of driving from the town on the E25 motorway. The town is 1000m above sea level and surrounding ski resorts benefit from the micro-climate of Mont Blanc.
