This brand new luxury penthouse apartment is situated in an exclusive development, Les Chalets Joux Plane, just a 2-minute walk from the Pleney Telecabine and with all the shops, restaurants and bars on its doorstep.

Completed to the highest standard with luxurious bathrooms, a sleek modern kitchen and modern design throughout, this penthouse apartment is spread over two floors.

The large open plan living area is located on the upper floor and boasts vaulted ceilings. Large windows and a patio door let the light into the lounge as the apartment faces south-east. There are balconies to the side and front of the residence with beautiful mountain views.

The state of the art kitchen has everything you or your private chef would need. There is also a dining table accommodating up to 8 guests. For your convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a ski room with boot dryers. WiFi is available throughout the apartment and there is a Smart TV in the lounge with Netflix and UK Freeview.
