This exceptional contemporary alpine apartment is situated in a fabulous location, just five minutes walk from both the centre of resort and the Super Morzine lift. Based within a stunning 'residence de tourism' the apartment has been designed to offer a spacious home from home feel and benefits from quality fixtures and fittings throughout as well as all modern conveniences.

The living space is open plan and is bright and airy thanks to floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that provide access to a sunny garden. The garden is a great space for al-fresco dining whilst taking in the beautiful surrounding mountain views.

The sitting area has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs where you can relax in the evening beside the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to self-cater with ease. There is a full-size oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher so you don't have to waste any of your precious holiday time slaving over a sink.

To keep you entertained throughout your holiday the apartment includes Samsung TVs and Bose sound bar/ bluetooth speakers so you can chill out in front of your favourite TV programmes or listen to some tunes and there is also free WiFi access so you can keep up with friends and family at home. DVD players also available on request.

For your convenience, the apartment has access to a ski locker with boot warmers in the winter months and bike storage with bike wash and workshop in the summer months. This apartment also has wheelchair access.

Whether you are staying in the summer or winter, you'll have access to the Buzz Performance fitness centre and Mountain Rehab's on-site gym, complete with pilates studio and sauna. Mountain Rehab also specialise in Sports Massage and Physiotherapy treatments, so if you have any aches and pains after a day on the mountain, have an existing injury or sustain an injury whilst on holiday, you'll have the experts right on your doorstep.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps up to eight people in three twin en-suite rooms. Two further people can sleep on a double sofa bed in the living room.

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis. However, the residence offers a daily patisserie delivery service which gives you the option of having lovely fresh-baked croissants, bread and other pastries delivered each morning!

If you don't fancy cooking in the evenings, there are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively, you could opt for a food delivery service.

Location wise is also great, few minutes walk from lifts for both sides of Portes du Soleil, a super market and a selection of very good restaurants.
