Situated on the 5th floor of a stunning 'residence de tourism', this stylish apartment is in a great location, less than five minutes walk from both the centre of resort and the Super Morzine lift. Designed without compromise, this apartment provides a spacious home from home experience with quality fixtures and fittings throughout and all modern conveniences.

The living space is open plan with a comfortable sofa and three armchairs for you to relax beside the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is open plan but set slightly back from the main living space and it comes fully equipped with everything that you need to self-cater and whip up your favourite dishes with ease. There is a full-size oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

At the far end of the room, French doors give access to a sunny balcony, a great spot to enjoy a slice of cake with a vin-chaud or cup of tea whilst taking in the mountain views. To keep you entertained throughout your holiday the apartment includes Samsung TVs and Bose sound bar/ bluetooth speakers so you can chill out in front of your favourite TV programmes or listen to some tunes and there is also free WiFi access so you can keep up with friends and family at home. DVD players also available on request.

For your convenience, the apartment has access to a ski locker with boot warmers in the winter months and bike storage with bike wash and workshop in the summer months.

Whether you are staying in the summer or winter, you'll have access to the Buzz Performance fitness centre and Mountain Rehab's on-site gym, complete with pilates studio and sauna. Mountain Rehab also specialise in Sports Massage and Physiotherapy treatments, so if you have any aches and pains after a day on the mountain, have an existing injury or sustain an injury whilst on holiday, you'll have the experts right on your doorstep.

The apartment sleeps up to nine people in three bedrooms, a cabin room and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms and cabin alcove are configured as follows:

Cabin room: Single in alcove

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis, however, the residence offers a daily patisserie delivery service which gives you the option of having lovely fresh-baked croissants, bread and other pastries delivered each morning!

If you don't fancy cooking in the evenings, there are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively you could opt for a food delivery service.
