This apartment is situated in a tranquil location on the road to the Prodains lift station which links Morzine with Avoriaz.

The apartment is decorated in a traditional style and the living space is open plan with a kitchenette, dining table for five and two sofas. At the far end of the room a French window provides access to a balcony with mountain views.

The kitchenette includes 4 ring hob, free-standing grill/oven, fridge and dishwasher.

Other features include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, washing machine and ski locker.

The apartment is situated on the A free ski bus route which runs directly to the new Prodain lift station or to Morzine centre.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps a maximum of five adults in on double bedroom, a mezzanine level with two single beds and a bunk-bed in an alcove in the hallway. The apartment has one bathroom and a separate WC.

The apartment is let on a self-catering basis. However, the agents are able to arrange various catering options from the odd meal to a meal delivery service through to fully catered.
