This spacious, modern ski in, ski out apartment is situated in a fantastic location, just a few metres from piste B that leads down to the Pleney lifts and a 5-minute walk from the centre of Morzine.

The light and elegant interior offers a sophisticated setting where you are guaranteed a relaxing holiday. The living space is open plan with a sleek modern kitchen and dining area while the sitting area is tucked around the corner. The kitchen has everything you need when self-catering including a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is also a Quooker hot water tap, a Lavazza coffee machine and a washing machine for your convenience.

The sitting area has a large sofa and armchair where you can stretch out and relax in the evenings. There is access through sliding glass doors onto a sunny terrace from where you can enjoy the spectacular views over Morzine towards the mountains beyond. The terrace includes a hot tub which is the perfect way to unwind after a full day on the mountain - soothing any aches and pains in the warm bubbles under the stars.

To keep you entertained throughout your holiday, the apartment is fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV, DVD player, Bose sound system and WiFi access.

For your convenience, the apartment also has access to a ski room with boot warmers so you can easily slide on your ski boots each morning and have toasty toes.
