Skiweekends are about to start their Alpine Challenge, which kicks off tomorrow, right here in Morzine.

They're looking for your support, so if you see them on the pistes give them a cheer, or go one better and stick your hand in your pocket and help them reach their target of raising £3000 for Snow-Camp.

What are they doing?

Their team will be trying to ski 1000km covering 25 check points and 15 ski resorts all in just 2 days!

What’s Snow-Camp about?

Snow-Camp is an innovative youth charity that uses a unique combination of skiing, snowboarding and life-skills programmes. Through these programmes young people grow in confidence and self esteem, develop as individuals and make positive choices for their lives as well as develop new skills to support their futures – particularly towards careers in the snowsport industry. High profile supporters include Jenny Jones, Chemmy Alcott, Graham and Martin Bell and Ed Leigh. Snow-Camp has grown steadily from 2003 and now works with at least 450 young people each year.

How can you make a difference?

£2,000 covers the full 1 year life-changing programme for one young person of course every pound counts, £3000 is their team target, but if they can smash that target then even better!
