Iconic Nightclub Le Paradis Re-Opens Tonight in Morzine

After a very long wait, the ‘Le Paradis’ will reopen its doors tonight in Morzine

After Rude Chalets saved Morzine’s beloved Le Laurys Hotel and Le Paradis night club from being left in the town’s history books forever, everyone who had ever experienced the wild nights in the depths of the Le Paradis cheered with delight when the news came out that they would once again be able party on the light up dancefloor.

Steeped in history, the Le Paradis was created by Madame Laurys, an ex Moulin Rouge cabaret dancer who owned and ran the Le Laury’s hotel and the Le Paradis with her husband Franck Wyler. The eccentric nightclub with it’s reputation for debauchery held it’s own among the commonly themed discotheques scattered around the Alps – an underground 80's time capsule complete with pink, satin, faux tiger print chaise longues, stripper poles, and a neon light up dancefloor.

It’s been a bit of a fight for Rude Chalets, who had intended to reopen the club at the beginning of the season along with their brand new Rude Lodge accommodation renovated from the old Le Laury’s hotel. However, finally it seems any problems have been overcome for the greater good, and season workers, locals and old friends of Le Laury’s will be able to see the Le Paradis reopen tonight in all it’s former glory.

With weekly events planned with the 80’s neon renegade’s Retro Rentals every Tuesday, there is no doubt that the Le Paradis will be the place to be for the rest of the season.

Doors open at the late night time of 23.00, we’ll see you there!
