30 thousand people are expected to head to Morzine in the coming days for this years Harley Days weekend

Around 10 thousand of the worlds most impressive motorbikes will also descend on the resort between the 11th and 14th July for the annual leather-happy celebration!

This year, the crowds will be entertained by legendary American rock band Toto, who are playing in Morzine’s main square on the night of the 13th July. The Band made famous for their hits, “Africa”, “Hold the Line” and “Rosanna” will entertain holidaymakers, locals and of course the thousands of bikers! The Harley Days festival is one of only four that the band is playing this year- so it’s guaranteed to be a special occasion.

Even if you’re not particularly in to bikes, Morzine Harley Days goes down as one of the most fun in the Morzine summer calendar. The parade of bikes, which pass from Avoriaz down to Morzine is an incredible sight and with the sound of engines ringing out across the mountains, it’s pretty spectacular. The parade takes place on Sunday the 12th July with a big exhibition showing all of the most impressive custom made Harley Davidsons takes place on Monday afternoon.

Toto isn’t the only band to perform at the Harley days weekend, meaning there’s something for everyone. Beth Hart, the American singer made famous with her hit, “Out of this town”, Sofai, Joan ov Art, and Rival Sons, an American rock band, are all joining the party. And remember, it’s a completely free festival (unless you fancy buying a bike of course!)

The show runs across 4 days, ending on Bastille Day where the whole of France then joins the celebration. There will be fireworks across the Portes du Soleil, ensuring that this year’s Harley Days will be one to remember.

It’s the fourth time the festival has come to Morzine and this year it promises to be bigger and better than ever. There will be music, displays, stands and everything Harley Davidson from bikes to accessories. There will also be special fundraising for “Children and Health” a charily which looks after sick children. It’s a “not to be missed” weekend in Morzine. We hope to see you there!
