This refurbished apartment is in a fantastic location in the old town of Morzine, just one minute from the main ski bus stop, bars, restaurants and shops in the centre of resort.

This recently renovated apartment is furnished to a very high standard, offering spacious accommodation for up to 8 people. Traditional alpine features create a cosy ambience, while modern decoration and design provide a high level of comfort, the decor is light and fresh with high quality finishing touches.

The first floor entrance opens into the dining, living and kitchen area where you can relax in front of the log fire or catch up on your favourite TV programmes. On the landing there a snug area with another TV, which is great for the kids to hang out in.

There is a large boot room for your skis/boards/boots or bikes which is heated in the winter. There is an outside area with parking for up to three cars.

This property would be perfect for either families or groups of friends, it can be booked together with La Dranse Two to accommodate a further 8 people.

Situated overlooking the River Dranse, the chalet is right in the heart of the old town of Morzine, with a handful of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Ski access is very easy thanks to the bus stops within minutes of the front door, which serve all the main lift stations in the area.

Sleeping

The apartment can sleep up to eight in three bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of a twin, a double (that can also be a twin) and a large quad room with two single beds and bunk bed. One of the bedrooms is en-suite but there are also two other bathrooms to service the other two bedrooms.

The property is let on a self catering basis. However various catering options can be arranged through the agents. Enquire for details.

"Just returned from another fantastic week in Morzine and Apartment La Dranse One was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 4 children. The location of the apartment is perfect with a short walk to either of the main lifts or the supermarket meaning there is no need for a car. Or if you need to the bus stop is very close. For the second year we rented a locker at the Pleney lift so no need to carry the skis back each night and nice to be able to go to and from the lifts in comfortable shoes. For self catering we find Alptitude the best and we have been using them for the past 12 years and are plannig to return next year and depending on how many of us there are we will definatley be looking at using one of the Alpitude properties.
